Pricing Lever LLC (“Pricing Lever”, “we”) runs pricinglever.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us about it at support@pricinglever.com.
What we collect
When you use the Connect with us form, we collect:
- your name, company and work email;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- the type of business, revenue band and service you select;
- your message.
When you sign up for pricing ideas by email, we collect your email address. We also record the date you confirmed your subscription.
Automatically, when you visit, we collect:
- Basic technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our host keeps it in server logs.
- Spam protection. Our forms check your IP address and how the form was filled in to tell people from bots. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile or Akismet for the same purpose only.
- Fonts. Our fonts are served from our own site, so no third party receives your IP address when a page loads.
We do not currently use analytics tools. If we add one, we will update this policy first.
Cookies. The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to block bots. Site administrators also get login cookies.
Your name and email are needed so we can reply to an enquiry. The other form fields are optional or help us prepare. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it fits, arrange a call.
- To send the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Where it is stored
- Website: hosted by Bluehost in the United States. Form submissions are also kept in the site’s admin area.
- CRM: form details are added to our customer relationship tool, Attio.
- Email: we send and receive email through Microsoft 365.
These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our providers store data there. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, your data is transferred to the US. We rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where a provider is certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and CRM records: we keep them while we are in contact with you, and for up to three years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Newsletter addresses: we keep them until you unsubscribe.
- Spam submissions: we delete them regularly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email support@pricinglever.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have the right to:
- get a copy of your data in a portable format;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to direct marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before;
- complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Children
The site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
